Welcome to the Section-1 photography page.

Below is a list of our photographic services and samples of our work, click a link to view more details. We take our photography very seriously and can adapt to suit any environment. We are proud to be using high end Nikon and Canon equipment, as well as remote lighting rigs, reflectors and only the best in manfroto tripods. Weddings

For most people their Wedding Day is the most important day of their lives. At Section-1 we ensure that those memories are captured forever in a modern and stylistic way. We only offer one Wedding Package - Your Wedding Package. The package that suits your needs and at a price you can afford.

With any Wedding Package we provide the following as standard:

2 Photographers for 5 hours with own equipment and backup.
A4 CoffeeTable Wedding Album with your selected photos in full colour.
DVD with full set of high quality photos (non watermarked)
Online Web Gallery of all photos to share and buy in various sizes

We also offer the following optional extras

Videographer to produce HD Quality DVD of your bid day.
A3 CoffeeTable Wedding Album with your selected photos in full colour.
Canvas Prints

Baptisms & Portraits

Recollecting the early days is something the current generation cannot do, things like digital photography simply hadn't been invented. Make sure you have digital evidence for the next generation to look back on and reflect upon by hiring us to record your child's Christening or Baptism. Individual and Family Portraits are also a speciality, we even do pets! You can come along to our studio for the ultimate photography experience and have a hand in the final editing of your pictures. Or we can visit you at your home where it's more comfortable to smile, we understand some people can be camera shy! To request any of these services, please contact us here.

Having photographed her baptism I was tasked with some portrait phootographs of Baby Georgia Emma Moonie. To see the full slideshow please click here.
Broxburn Academy Musical 2010. With no flash photography permitted this shoot was very difficult. With my ISO stuck on 1600, I was even manually focusing to avoid the auto focus light on the performers, who I must say were fantastic! Full Slideshow here.
It's that time of year again, when the sun sparkles and the fancy frocks shine. Another little Prom photoshoot with the beautiful Leah Heath and Russell Watson. Full Slideshow here.

It's always good practice in photography to carry your camera at all times. I was lucky & snapped this protest against the Iranian Election on the Royal Mile.
